Delinquency by Property
Where is delinquency concentrated, and how does it compare relative to property size? The first chart shows raw dollar exposure — which properties are carrying the most risk in absolute terms. The second normalizes by rent roll so you can compare fairly across different-sized properties.
Aging Analysis
How old are delinquent balances? Fresh balances (0-30 days) are most likely collectible. As balances age beyond 90 days, the probability of recovery drops sharply. A concentration in the 90+ bucket signals a need for more aggressive early intervention.
Balance Distribution
Are balances concentrated in a few large accounts or spread across many small ones? A long right tail means a few problem accounts drive most of the total. You may get more return pursuing 5 large accounts than 50 small ones.
Action List
Current residents with delinquent balances, sorted by amount owed. Use this as a working list for on-site teams. Payment status and notices sent indicate how far along the collections process each account is.
