Are delinquent residents approaching renewal without a collection plan? These residents haven't yet accepted a renewal offer — there's still time to collect before renewing, add payment plans as a renewal condition, or flag the account for review.

Delinquency by Unit Type
Are certain unit types over-represented in delinquency? Higher-bedroom units often have higher rents, which increases delinquency exposure. Knowing which unit types carry the most risk helps with pricing and screening decisions.
